It took me a while to find this abandoned project by Tomás Saraceno. The project from 2003 is a set of instructions for the public, detailing how to make a hot air baloon inflated by the sun using mainly garbage bags.
I suspect it could have been abandoned or removed because of low artistic value, not worth displaying on a fancy renewed site (although there are numerous publications mentioning the project and the act of publicity). But it can be also due to risks of responsibility, which could arise if anyone used the instructions and hurt themselves. It is quite a punk project, so if you grab the file and follow the instructions, make sure you do it carefully and take all the responsibility on yourself.
