There is almost a typology of buildings, which are designed to rotate around its axis. Some of them are named as Girasoles, some as Heliotropes (architect Rolf Disch aspires to label the whole typology after his projects).
Only a few of them are oriented towards energy efficiency like Rolf’s. Majority of rotating houses I found are optimized for beautiful views through the windows and sheer “wow, it can rotate!” effect.
